		<description>Granted that not being able to fully control the weather system would prove deadly in some cases, and the ecological imbalance it would create is another thing to think about.  These would only be small weather systems, such as a local rain storm to help fight drought like the one in the Southeast US, or the fires in Southern California</description>

		<description>It would be truly amazing if we could find a way to control earth's weather systems. I would just fear that something would eventually go wrong, or get out of control. In addition, trying to get an entire population in agreement as to what the weather should be could be difficult. Weather control could have a positive economic impact on a ski resort community, but the positive impact there could negatively affect other areas of the country. Once the snow or rain starts, how would we force it to stop? What are the environmental concerns? ... All things to think about.</description>
